This page explains the cookies and similar technologies we use on helixsecure.co.uk and the Helix control plane, in line with UK PECR and UK GDPR.

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file stored by your browser when you visit a website. We also use other client-side storage (localStorage) for the same purposes. We treat both the same way for the purposes of this policy.

2. Categories we use

Strictly necessary

Required for the site to function — authentication tokens, CSRF protection, session continuity, and storing your cookie consent itself. These are set without consent because the site cannot work without them.

Analytics

Aggregate, pseudonymous usage data so we can improve the product. Off by default. Only loaded after you opt in.

Marketing

Measure campaign performance and tailor content. Off by default. We do not currently use third-party advertising networks.
