You must not
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose, or to facilitate any breach of the UK Computer Misuse Act 1990.
- Submit data to the Helix API that contains payment card numbers, full bank account credentials, or special-category personal data outside what the Service is designed to process.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the on-device model parameters from the SDK, except where this right cannot be excluded by law.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our prior written consent (responsible disclosure to security@helixsecure.co.uk is welcomed).
- Use the Service to develop a competing product.
- Send unsolicited bulk traffic, generate synthetic load above your contracted rate limits, or otherwise abuse the API.
- Resell, sublicense, or expose the API to third parties without a written reseller agreement.
Enforcement
We may suspend access to address an active threat to the Service or its users without notice. For non-urgent breaches we will give written notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure.
