Last updated · 5 May 2026

This policy sets out the activities that are not permitted on the Helix platform. It forms part of the Master Subscription Agreement.

You must not

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose, or to facilitate any breach of the UK Computer Misuse Act 1990.
  • Submit data to the Helix API that contains payment card numbers, full bank account credentials, or special-category personal data outside what the Service is designed to process.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the on-device model parameters from the SDK, except where this right cannot be excluded by law.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our prior written consent (responsible disclosure to security@helixsecure.co.uk is welcomed).
  • Use the Service to develop a competing product.
  • Send unsolicited bulk traffic, generate synthetic load above your contracted rate limits, or otherwise abuse the API.
  • Resell, sublicense, or expose the API to third parties without a written reseller agreement.

Enforcement

We may suspend access to address an active threat to the Service or its users without notice. For non-urgent breaches we will give written notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure.
